Craquelin rolled, praline ground, pastry cream cooked and chilled overnight.

The bake

Choux piped and baked. Shells stay unfilled — a filled shell has about six good hours in it.

Filled & collected

Filled to order in the morning, collected in Downtown Toronto between noon and three.

Livraison

Collection is free. Delivery is by arrangement.

Weekly boxes are collection-only for now — one person, one car, one Sunday. Delivery across the GTA is quoted for catering and cake orders, priced by distance and always shown before you pay.
